With the continual growth of our business we are always keen to hear from determined, focussed and enthusiastic individuals who would like to join one of Melbourne's most progressive real estate companies. Sales opportunities - generally new sales recruits will be enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate at least two years of successful results in real estate sales. Occasionally we will appoint someone who may not have a real estate background but can demonstrate very strong sales results in another field. Admin and Sales Support - growth within our business and internal promotions mean that we often have opportunities for both part-time and full-time administration and sales support people. Trainees - we have a excellent trainee program, which involves a new trainee working with one of our experienced sales consultants for a minimum of 12 months, or until we believe that they have sufficient experience to apply for a sales position. As a general rule trainees would need to have completed some tertiary qualification and have worked in a sales environment, although not necessarily in real estate.
